WE GET IT! VISITING A DOCTOR OR DENTAL OFFICE ISN’T AT THE TOP OF YOUR LIST OF THINGS YOU’D LOVVVEEE TO DO. BUT… YOU’RE IN LUCK! WE’VE GONE TO GREAT LENGTHS TO MAKE THIS A FUN, ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. WE’VE ELIMINATED THE AWKWARD INTERACTION, THE PAIN, AND THE UNKNOWN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
However, every smile starts with an initial consultation.
Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, tour the office, learn more about orthodontics, complete an initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your initial consultation, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Take diagnostic records and complete an oral exam to determine whether treatment is necessary
- Help you create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial information and payment plans
What is the Cost of the Treatment?
The cost of treatment varies based on the severity of your condition. Our treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options during the initial exam if treatment is required. We offer various payment plans to fit your budget. Our goal is to make orthodontic treatment affordable and give every patient more reasons to smile.
What Doesn’t My Investment Include?
- Work performed at other dental offices outside our orthodontic practice.
- Additional fees for treatment due to accidents or injuries resulting in TMJ complications, further orthodontics, or orthognathic surgery.
- Any specialized procedures that may be required outside of standard treatment.
It is very important that you continue to visit your family dentist once every six months, even during your orthodontic treatment, for teeth cleanings and routine dental checkups. If extra dental care is needed, we will be happy to coordinate with your family dentist to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible.

Our practice will work with you to make sure that your appointments are as convenient as possible. When scheduling appointments, please let us know what days and times work best for you.
Our schedule allows enough time to complete necessary procedures, provide treatment information, and answer any questions you may have. To stay on schedule, we kindly ask that patients arrive on time to avoid delays. Your cooperation and consideration with appointments are greatly appreciated by our office and other patients scheduled after you.
